Manual Pressure Sustaining Control- ADI

The ADI Series is a line of plastic hydraulic/electric control valves for residential, commercial, and agricultural irrigation systems. This diaphragm-actuated hydraulically operated plastic control valve combines simple and reliable construction with good hydraulic performance. The ADI Series Valves are durable plastic valves. The valve body, cover, and seal disk assembly construction material uses Glass-Filled Nylon to meet rough service conditions obtaining high chemical and cavitation resistance. The valve body design includes a full bore seat with an unobstructed flow path, free of any in-line ribs, supporting cages, or shafts. Its seal disk assembly includes a flexible, carefully balanced, and peripherally supported diaphragm and a rugged guided plug with an elastomeric sealing surface

Its seal disk assembly includes a flexible, carefully balanced, and peripherally supported diaphragm and a rugged guided plug with an elastomeric sealing surface Exploaded view Cover - Simple and light construction enables quick in-line inspection and service. Auxiliary Closing Spring - One single spring fully meets valve requirements for operating pressure range, ensuring low opening pressure and secured closing. Plug Assembly - The seal disk assembly includes a flexible, carefully balanced, and peripherally supported diaphragm and a rugged guided plug with an elastomeric sealing surface. Body- Glass-Filled Nylon to meet rough service conditions obtaining high chemical and cavitation resistance. Full bore seat with unobstructed flow path, free of any in-line ribs, supporting cage, or shafts  Technical specification Flow Chart Dimensions Main Features and Benefits ●Durable, industrial-grade valve design and construction with fiberglass-filled nylon to meet harsh service conditions ●Full-bore seat for ultra-high flow and minimal pressure loss ●Fewer parts, simple structure design, easy installation and maintenance ●Plug-in handle provides precise flow adjustment ●Accurate and stable pressure regulation, stable operation ●Low starting and driving pressure ●High-quality diaphragm, resistant to erosion and deformation The valve is a hydraulically operated, diaphragm actuated control valve that sustains minimum preset upstream (back) pressure and opens fully when line pressure is in excess of the setting. It is a Normally Closed valve, which opens in response to a remote pressure rise command and shuts in the absence of this command
